Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let me know as early as possible so the time can be offered to another client.

Cancellation and no-show fees are billed directly to the client and cannot be claimed from health insurance.
For home visits, cancellation fees may include the reserved treatment time and, where relevant, travel arrangements that have already been made.
